Greetings Sunshine ☀️✨
There is so much moving through the collective right now. Emotions rise, timelines seem to shift, old structures feel less certain, and sometimes we don’t even know whether to react, retreat, cry, laugh, or simply sit still.
Maybe we have already crossed the great tidal wave — and now the question is not, “How do I survive it?” but rather, “How do I learn to stand in this new water?”
For me, the way back is through the inner child.
The inner child does not need to understand every world event. It needs safety. It needs truth. It needs gentleness. And through that tenderness, we create a doorway back to the Higher Self — the part of us that remembers who we are beyond fear, noise, and confusion.
So I wanted to share a simple invocation with you today.
Invocation
Beloved Higher Self,
return me to the still point within.
Bring me gently back to the child I once was,
the one who knew how to feel without shame,
wonder without permission,
and trust without needing every answer.
Gaia, Mother Earth,
receive my feet, my breath, my heartbeat.
Anchor me into your body.
Let every fear that is not mine return to the soil
to be transformed into wisdom.
Element of Air, sacred Sword,
clear the fog from my mind.
Cut through distortion, confusion, and old programming.
Let my thoughts rise into a cleaner frequency —
one rooted in truth, discernment, and peace.
Element of Fire, sacred Wand,
return passion to my spirit.
Rekindle what has gone quiet within me.
Remind me of my creativity, courage, desire, and purpose.
May my inner child feel safe enough to play again.
May my Higher Self speak loudly enough for me to hear.
May my body remember that it belongs to the Earth.
I do not need to control the tide.
I only need to remember how to stand within it.
Aho — and so it is. 🌿🔥🗡️✨
With love from the Dragon Cave,
Richard 🐉✨
